Milk

Our delicious organic milk is gently pasteurised in small batches on the farm – travelling just metres from the milking parlour to the pasteuriser and then milk dispenser in our shop. Food metres not miles and all from our herd of Jersey-cross cows, so you know exactly where it’s from. The milk is not homogenised retaining it’s natural flavour and goodness and it was awarded two stars in the 2022 Great Taste Awards (a rare accolade for milk)

“This is absolutely delicious. A gentle viscosity, full on creamy, soft silky goodness. The pretty pale yellow colour is so obviously from grass, the flavour is smooth and clean with a gentle creaminess. The finish is long with gentle notes of clotted cream. Beautiful.”
